A young woman leaves her house at night and soon fears she
is being stalked. After being pursued into a dark ally way she
confronts her hunter who reveals himself to be much more. In a
dramatic confrontation, she shows that she is more than an
unsuspecting victim.
Filmed over three nights in late October as a student project in
2003, in cooperation with the Art Institute of Las Vegas.
Director Robert H. Gwinn shot the entire short on a Magnavox
VHS camera from 1989, used street lights and track lights, and
a twentyfive dollar fog machine, for all principal photography.
Gwinn would later add a few digital effect to enhance the
smoke, flames and sparks from the swords.
All Chip Stone has to do is fetch a car from the back lot at the
dealership where he works. Pressure's on and his boss could
lose the sale if he isn't quick. In the tradition of "Waler Mitty"
Chip's mind runs wild with fantasies gleaned from all of his
favorite films.
Filmed as part of the 48 hour film competition 2006, this Las
Vegas entry used eleven costume changes in seven minutes
for it's mane character. Using locations in Madam Tussauds
Wax Attraction, an indoor skydiving wind tunnel and the scenic
vistas of Mt. Charleston, Chip Stone was a whirlwind production,
that endured blistering heat of 118 degrees, and three
sleepless nights as the team raced to complete the project in
48 hours.
Originally shot as part of the feature film DEADLY
RENOVATIONS, ALONE is a spin off of the traditional slasher
film. When a beautiful woman is harassed by a mysterious
caller, she finds herself fearing for her life. When the lights
suddenly go out, she makes one final dash for safety as her
stalker moves in for the kill. What will she do when she realizes
she is totally ALONE?
Shawn McHenry and his friend Riff are stargazers who have
always dreamed of seeing a UFO first hand. Their over the top
conspiracy theories have made them local legends as well as
the target of an attractive but overzealous tabloid reporter.
When something actually does fall from the sky, their dream
becomes a nightmare.
Twenty years ago a bank heist went wrong for Donald Martin
(Anthony Hornus). Now he is getting out of prison and coming
for his money. Allan Liarsby (DJ Perry) and his team have just
moved in to renovate the hotel where the money was stashed,
locking themselves in for a night of fun before the work begins.
After one of the team is brutally murdered they realize they
haven’t just locked the doors they may have sealed their fate.
Their only hope lies with an investigative reporter, Justin (Fred
Griffith). Hot on the trail of the lost loot, he finds himself
unwinding a web of deceit, spun by a sadistic psychologist
(Lana Wood) and discovers there is more to the story than just
a bank robbery.

Sixteen years after a grizzly murder at a small town lake, a
group of teens decide to celebrate graduation with a party on
the very spot. Local legend set aside the group heads to the
water but run into a gang of bikers who just happen to be
camping just across the lagoon from them. After the local sheriff
warns both camps to leave each other alone someone turns up
dead and both parties blame each other for the tragedy until
one by one they are picked off by an unseen killer.

Scott and Rachel hate each other till one night at a party, they
hook up. back and forth they discover a little more about
playing their trumps one card at a time. Originally filmed as a
feature "Chasing Croutons" the project was shelved for a while.
Trumps is a short derived from a larger whole and lovingly
fashioned into a short for those who worked so hard to finally
see the work on the screen. We hope it is appreciated for what
it is. A quirky fun comedy about playing your hand at love.
